only open for special events and private functions, but it is sooooo worth keeping an eye out for when their events are
they are in heath house mills which you can see from our driveway, an amazing old building in need of some tlc but the tap room has been done out in such a wonderful way they brew their own beer (serve other drinks too) have guest gins, artisan foods and great music - so when they have an event it is a great evening and you'll probably see us there for a tipsy walk back through the woods afterwards! |

and yes, you can get a chinese, indian, fish and chips, pizza and more delivered to the door there are lots of menus on the sideboard in the lounge the one closest to us for curry, pizza, burgers, kebabs is marios on james street in golcar or for a chinese we use tsuen wan in milnsbridge, the next village about 1 mile from golcar they both deliver but can be up to an hours wait on a friday night. |
